Technical Project Administrator
Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a committed and loyal individual interested in a long-term position as a Technical Project Administrator.
What you will do with us
- Support project managers and the management in administrative project processing
- Active collaboration and communication with architects, specialist planners, and customers
- Assistance in preparing offers and measurements
- Requesting quotes in the purchasing process
- Preparation of execution documents (CAD)
- Conducting AVOR and technical clarifications
What you bring
- Qualification in an electrical profession with EFZ (e.g., electrical installer EFZ or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical industry, ideally complemented by experience in the commercial field
- Team player who enjoys working with people, strong communication skills, and supportive
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style with a high level of quality awareness
- Solid knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CAD & Volta is an advantage
- Very good German language skills
