Your tasks

Telephone advice to our customers on all services and basic banking products
Systematic exploration of needs and exploitation of customer potentials
Identifying optimizations in processes and services as well as triaging to the appropriate specialist departments
Taking care of our customers with great dedication and passion
Daily demonstration of empathy and friendliness

Your profile

Completed commercial training
Experience in (telephone) customer consulting
You have the ability to recognize customer potentials and enjoy proactively finding suitable solutions
Technical affinity as well as pronounced multitasking skills characterize you
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
Foreign languages in Italian, French or Spanish are an advantage
