About the job

Small company of 8 people experiencing rapid growth, we manufacture bespoke pieces for a demanding private and professional clientele. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced cabinetmaker: someone who manages a piece from the plan to installation, bringing their expertise and methods.

One thing to know before applying: with us, there is no "position". Everyone does everything, from cutting to installation — that’s how we maintain control over quality and keep the job interesting.

Contract — Permanent

Workload — 100%

Your tasks

• Manufacture of bespoke fittings in the workshop (furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, bookcases, etc.)
• Demanding implementations: under-eaves fittings, bending, veneering, exclusive projects
• Reading and interpreting execution plans, cutting, machining, assembly, all autonomously
• Flawless finishes: adjustments, sanding, spray painting in the booth, fitting hardware
• Installation at the client’s premises — with us, the maker installs their own work, assisted by our fitters

Your profile

• Cabinetmaker federal certificate of competence or equivalent qualification — mandatory
• Minimum 8 years’ experience, including 4 in manufacturing and installation of high-end fittings and furniture
• Comfortable with complex implementations: under-eaves, bending, veneering
• Mastery of spray painting in the booth
• Autonomous on a complete project, from plan reading to installation
• Eye for detail, demanding on finish
• Driving licence
• Forklift licence — an advantage
