tasks

• you take on the local construction management as well as construction supervision for new builds and conversions
• you are responsible for the tendering, costing and scheduling in all phases
• you conduct meetings with clients, contractors and authorities
• you are also responsible for cost management, handover of the object and warranty matters
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training in the construction sector as well as further training as a construction manager / construction technician or equivalent (m/f/d)
• whether young or older, all are warmly welcome
• do you describe yourself as cooperative, communicative, resilient and goal-oriented?
