Your tasks

• You lead a cross-functional software development team professionally, personally, and organisationally.
• You work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters, and specialist departments.
• You actively shape the technical direction, architecture, and refactoring measures.
• You promote high code quality, clean code principles, as well as modern DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• You support your team through mentoring, feedback, and individual development.
• You ensure stable deployment and operational processes as well as transparent team management.

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in software development and ideally in leading development teams
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture, clean code, DevOps, and CI/CD
• You enjoy fostering people and shaping an open team culture
• Agile mindset and experience working with Scrum teams
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style characterises you
• Very good communication skills and confident appearance in exchange with various stakeholders
