Dispatcher in Main Construction Trade 100% (m/f/d) in Winterthur

Job Description

• You are in daily contact with applicants, recognise their strengths, and find the suitable positions
• You take over the entire application process – from searching for suitable talents through the first contact to successful placement
• You continuously expand your personal network and develop long-term customer relationships
• You advise your customers and find the appropriate skilled and auxiliary workers for their requirements
• You take care of your employees and are their contact person for questions
• You take on various organisational and administrative tasks

We expect

• You have a completed EFZ qualification in construction or a construction-related field
• You speak German at a native level and necessarily have good knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese for direct communication with customers and employees
• You are an open, communicative, and team-oriented personality who quickly builds trust and can win people over
• You are at home in the Winterthur region and know it well
• You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to support customers and employees on site with the company vehicle
