Polymechanic with Mastercam Knowledge (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is the Swiss competence centre for specialised services in the areas of components, systems, process optimisation, and strategic as well as operational procurement. They are now able to develop, manufacture, commission complete systems, machines, and devices for customers according to their needs, as well as handle logistics.
Responsibilities:
You develop and optimise the control programmes for our milling and turning machines. In doing so, you analyse technical specifications, select machining tools, and finally validate the programmes through simulation and tests.
You are responsible for managing and maintaining the programme data.
You ensure that quality requirements and work instructions are followed.
The operational readiness of machines, systems, and tools is in your hands; you ensure their careful maintenance.
You are committed to continuous improvement (CIP) and actively work on reducing lead times through process optimisation.
Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as design, work preparation, and production to optimise the overall process is important to you.
You support your colleagues, promote their development, and take on general tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
You have a successful qualification as a polymechanic or production mechanic.
You have many years of experience in CNC machining, are familiar with the relevant machine controls (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc), understand technical documents, and master basic PC applications.
Knowledge of the programming systems TopSolid and Mastercam is an advantage.
Your working style is independent, very precise, and quality-oriented. You are resilient and show commitment.
Social skills and good communication abilities characterise you.
Your German language skills are at a good level (B2) in spoken and written form.
You bring flexibility in working hours and are willing to work in a shift system.
