Your area of responsibility

As ICT Teamleader, you take on the technical and personnel leadership of the Application Management team, which is responsible for the operation and further development of our Microsoft Dynamics F&O and CE applications. You are the central interface between business, ICT, and external partners and contribute significantly to the successful digitalization of our business processes.

• Leadership and further development of the team of Application Managers (ERP & CRM)
• Responsibility for the professional operation and continuous optimization of the Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) and CRM (Sales/Service) applications as well as their surrounding systems
• Ensuring the translation of business requirements into technical solutions
• Management and coordination of change requests as well as release and deployment processes
• Ensuring 2nd level support in the incident management process
• Close collaboration with project managers, departments, and external implementation partners
• Responsibility for compliance with standards, quality, and security in application management
• Participation in strategic ICT projects and active shaping of the digitalization roadmap

What you bring

• Completed higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field (Bachelor/Master)
• Several years of experience in leading teams in the ICT environment
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM as well as their operation and further development
• Experience in international project management and with agile methods
• Strong communication and leadership skills as well as high customer orientation
• Fluent German and English skills
