Your role with us
- You take responsibility for deployment planning and leadership of your employees
- You are the contact person for your employees and customers and ensure sustainable, practical solutions
- You ensure the quality of our services through regular site inspections
- You further develop your team and promote employees in a targeted manner
- You bring structure to workflows and actively optimise processes
- You help shape your area of responsibility
What you bring with you
- Experience in facility management, caretaking or a comparable role
- Leadership experience and the motivation to take on responsibility
- Technical understanding (training advantageous but not mandatory)
- Organisational strength and a solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and employees
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills
