Your role with us

• You take responsibility for deployment planning and leadership of your employees
• You are the contact person for your employees and customers and ensure sustainable, practical solutions
• You ensure the quality of our services through regular site inspections
• You further develop your team and promote employees in a targeted manner
• You bring structure to workflows and actively optimise processes
• You help shape your area of responsibility

What you bring with you

• Experience in facility management, caretaking or a comparable role
• Leadership experience and the motivation to take on responsibility
• Technical understanding (training advantageous but not mandatory)
• Organisational strength and a solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and employees
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German language skills
