• Completed training as a certified nurse HF
• Professional appearance and at the same time a winning manner
• Above-average resident and service orientation
• Knowledge of RAI system (RAI-NH or RAI-HC) is an advantage
• Humor and an open as well as approachable manner
• Willingness to perform and flexibility
• High social skills
• Professional soft skills that contribute as a team player to good cooperation and respectful interaction within the team
• Successfully completed SVEB 1 certification or willingness to complete it
