About the job

We are looking for an experienced and versatile person to complete our team of cleaners.

Your mission

Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the common areas of a portfolio of buildings under your responsibility, respecting safety rules and with professionalism (approximately 60%).

Manage the return of containers from the contracted buildings and carry out various handling tasks, such as clearances, removals, and deliveries (approximately 40%).

Your mission will notably include:

• using the specific cleaning products and machines provided to you;
• strictly following a specification book;
• ensuring the proper functioning of technical installations;
• guaranteeing access to various stakeholders;
• carrying out minor maintenance work on green spaces;
• contributing to maintaining a good quality of life for the residents of the buildings under your responsibility;
• performing any other handling tasks that may be assigned to you.

Your profile

• A sense of service and politeness.
• Experience in cleaning and/or concierge work is mandatory.
• Practical sense and resourcefulness.
• A taste for order and cleanliness.
• Ease in interpersonal contacts.
• Category B driving licence is mandatory.
