Your tasks
- Responsibility for the complete coolant management (Customer Fluid Management) at contract customers
- Monitoring, maintenance, refilling, replacement and documentation according to customer agreement
- Organisation of logistics for carrying out service work
- Organisation and execution of proper waste disposal
- Documentation of work in the agreed form
- Carrying out cleaning work and other activities related to the CFM service
- Support of customers outside CFM management in the area of coolant maintenance
- Monitoring of coolants and documentation in the required manner
- Coolant replacement at customers
- Complaint management - data maintenance in the system and implementation of measures (troubleshooting on site)
- Assistance at trade fairs – implementation of filling concepts
- Support of sales Switzerland with additional services
- Support of the Swiss marketplace for tasks with LiquidTool systems (LTA/LTM/LTS/Autopilot)
Your profile
- Professional training in mechanics/metalworking
- Ideally experience in the technical service sector
- Experience in production and workshop environment with practical connection
- Forklift licence advantageous (e.g. forklift truck)
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Aptitude and enjoyment in dealing with IT tools
- French and German spoken and written
- Strong organisational talent
- Team spirit and customer orientation – enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Willingness to travel 80%
