Employee in Domestic Services and Care 40% - 60%
Can you imagine working in a small team without a direct supervisor? We have reorganised into semi-autonomous teams, meaning we are guided by the famous Buurtzorg model, but have adapted it to our needs. In an interdisciplinary team, with case managers, nursing assistants and domestic and care staff by your side, it is intended to be a new way of working that is contemporary and allows necessary flexibility, but also structure and continuity.
You have the following qualifications:
- A broad life experience, social skills in dealing with people as well as extensive domestic experience are required
- Good oral and written German skills
- Independent and responsible way of working
- You are flexible and resilient
- Valid driving licence category B and own car
Your tasks: You will be deployed with elderly, disabled, sick people and families in various life situations. You independently carry out clearly defined and limited household tasks involving the clients (weekly cleaning, laundry care, shopping). In addition to the domestic tasks, you observe the physical, mental, emotional and social condition of the clients and inform the management of any changes.
