Production Team Leader 100%

Your tasks are:

• Directing the processes in your production team as well as the goal-oriented distribution of tasks for a high-quality and high-quantity output
• Responsibility for the proper execution of orders according to our integrated management system (IMS) according to ISO 13485 and other industry standards
• Ensuring a smooth process flow along the entire process chain, from goods receipt to goods dispatch
• Incoming inspection and storage of sterile packaging
• Assembly, final inspection, and packaging of the manufactured parts
• Shipping the packaged parts to the internal interfaces
• Manufacturing in the cleanroom and sterile packaging under strict compliance with all requirements
  

You bring with you:

• Completed technical training, ideally with further education in medical technology or a highly regulated, precise, and quality-focused production environment
• Solid experience in team leadership and process optimisation, preferably directly in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems ISO 13485, MDR, ISO 9001 and confident handling of regulatory requirements
• Excellent organisational talent combined with great joy in promoting employees and continuously developing processes
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
