ECOCUBE, a company specialised in the sale of professional and industrial products, is looking for a versatile, dynamic and organised person to strengthen its team.

We are seeking a profile comfortable both with customers and sales as well as with digital and marketing tools.

Your mission

You will be involved in various commercial and marketing activities:

• Welcoming, advising and following up with customers
• Selling professional and industrial products
• Managing customer enquiries by phone and email
• Following up on offers and orders
• Managing and updating the WordPress website
• Adding, modifying and updating products online
• Optimising natural referencing (SEO)
• Creating and sending newsletters with Mailchimp
• Using and managing CRM tools, notably Bexio
• Participating in various marketing and commercial actions
• Administrative tasks related to the activity
• Collaborating on the development of ECOCUBE’s digital and commercial presence

Your profile

We are looking for a person who has:

• Proven experience in sales and commerce
• Excellent ease with customers, both face-to-face and on the phone
• Experience managing a website, ideally with WordPress
• Knowledge of referencing / SEO
• Good command of IT and digital tools
• Ease with marketing and CRM tools, notably Bexio
• Experience with Mailchimp for creating and sending newsletters
• Excellent organisational skills
• Versatility and the ability to manage different tasks
• Diligence and punctuality
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Autonomy, motivation and a spirit of initiative
