Your mission: Visionary Customer Success Manager and Account Team Leader
We are looking for you as a visionary Customer Success Partner who primarily focuses on the strategic development and sustainable maintenance of existing customer relationships in Central Switzerland. In doing so, you continuously identify new growth potentials and systematically tap into them, while also building selected new customer relationships. You understand the transformation of the modern working world and accompany customers on their journey into the future of work in the long term. As an integral part of our Customer Team, you work closely with Service Management and the Technical Team and take on the leadership of complex customer projects together with the Technical Team Leader and the Service Manager.

Your main tasks
- Future Work Visionary: Strategically develop existing customer relationships and inspire them for the continuous transformation of their working world through innovative workspace concepts and digital solutions.
- Strategic Customer Care: Systematically expand the customer base in Central Switzerland, focusing on the sustainable deepening and expansion of existing customer relationships, complemented by the strategic tapping of selected new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership in the Customer Team: Lead interdisciplinary project teams together with the Technical Team Leader and Service Manager and coordinate optimal collaboration between Sales, Service, and Technology.
- Transformation Consulting: Develop tailored Future Work strategies in collaboration with our consulting team and your customers and support them in successful implementation.
- Solution Architecture: Develop innovative concepts that intelligently connect technology, work culture, and spatial design.
- Regional Market Development: Use your expertise and network to continuously develop our Future Work portfolio in Central Switzerland and integrate new trends early.
- Customer Success Management: Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and the continuous expansion of customer relationships together with the specialist teams.
- You bring solid experience in sales and the sustainable development of B2B customer relationships, ideally in the ICT and workplace environment.
- You are a strategic relationship architect who builds long-term partnerships, continuously deepens them, and systematically identifies and taps into new growth opportunities in existing customer relationships.
- Your expertise in the areas of Modern Workplace, Cloud Computing platforms, Microsoft 365 & Azure, and topics related to digital transformation makes you a competent advisor. The topic of Future Work is already present for you today.
- You have experience in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams and can successfully manage complex projects together with specialists.
- You understand the trends and challenges of modern working environments and can convey them convincingly.
- You are well-networked in the economic region of Central Switzerland and know the local market conditions. You are an inspiring communicator and presenter with the ability to convey complex relationships understandably.
- You recognize future trends early and develop concrete, actionable strategies for our customers from them.
