Role:
Introducing applications is just the beginning; the real art is operating them well in the long term. That is exactly what you work on. You are responsible for SaaS and on-premises solutions from introduction through operation to further development. You automate technical processes and modernise operational procedures. You specify, implement, and maintain interfaces between systems yourself.
Responsibilities:
You introduce, operate, and continuously develop SaaS and on-premises solutions
You monitor, maintain, and optimise applications, systems, and services
You automate technical processes and modernise operational procedures
You specify, implement, test, and operate interfaces between different systems
You participate in change, release, and lifecycle management and ensure system quality, information security, and data protection
Additionally, you analyse disruptions, document sustainably, and collaborate with specialist departments and external partners
Qualifications:
You have completed tertiary education in (business) informatics
You bring several years of practical experience in application management, ideally with standard and customised software
You have good technical knowledge in automation, interfaces, and modern operational processes
You work with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python and are familiar with Git as well as cloud and IaC tools
You understand system quality, information security, and data protection
You appreciate interdisciplinary, agile collaboration and have very good German and good English skills
