Tasks

- Handle all HR administration independently, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Collaborate closely with payroll and assist in HR process digitalization.
Skills
- Completion of HR education with federal diploma or equivalent required.
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in education.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and Swiss labor law.

HR Generalist in the Higher Education Sector 50 – 60 %
from May 1, 2026 or by arrangement
We are looking for an HR Generalist with experience in the higher education sector to strengthen our team with a workload of 50 – 60 %.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for applicant management from A to Z in a structured, public-law environment
- Independent execution of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit (excluding payroll processing)
- Close cooperation with the payroll accounting
- Participation in the further development and digitization of HR processes and tools
- Contact person for employees and managers on administrative HR issues in the higher education context
What distinguishes you
- Further training as a HR specialist with a federal certificate or equivalent
- Several years of experience in an HR generalist role, ideally in the education or public sector
- Very good knowledge of personnel administration as well as basic understanding of Swiss labor law
- Experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Employment spread over about four days per week
