What you will do
- You analyse market developments as well as political initiatives in the Swiss real estate market and mortgage lending as part of our research team.
- You develop company statements in close collaboration with representatives of our specialist and business areas.
- You design, create, and publish well-founded market analyses based on in-house data as well as representative surveys.
- You confidently respond to and manage media enquiries as an expert.
- You continuously expand the specialist know-how in the field of real estate and mortgages within our company.
- You regularly monitor, measure, and optimise the success KPIs of your activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
What we expect from you
- Completed studies (FH/University) or solid further education in business, real estate management, communication, or marketing.
- Several years of professional experience as an analyst, journalist, or consultant focusing on the Swiss real estate market.
- Sound methodological knowledge in market research (survey design, data collection, and quantitative evaluation).
- Strong interconnected thinking, analytical sharpness, and creativity combined with a reliable "can-do" mentality.
- High quality standards, organisational talent, as well as strong service and team orientation.
- Resilient network with relevant media representatives, real estate experts, mortgage institutions, and industry players.
- Negotiation-level German and French skills in spoken and written form; English or other Swiss national languages are an advantage.
