For our clients - various joineries and interior fitting companies in the cantons of Lucerne and Obwalden - we are continuously seeking trained joiners EFZ, joinery practitioners EBA, and experienced staff in wood processing.
You can expect long-term temporary assignments in furniture construction and interior fitting. If the collaboration suits you and the client company, there is the possibility of a later permanent position directly with the client.

Job Description
Depending on the client company and your professional strengths, you will take on the following tasks:- Manufacture of customised furniture and interior fittings
- Production of kitchens, cupboards, doors, and other wooden elements
- Working according to plans, technical drawings, and parts lists
- Cutting, processing, and assembling various wood materials
- Operation of conventional joinery and woodworking machines
- CNC machining and support on modern production equipment
- Veneering, surface finishing, and final work
- Quality control of manufactured components
- Preparation of furniture and components for delivery
- Depending on the assignment, installation at the client’s site
- Long-term temporary assignments in the cantons of Lucerne or Obwalden
We Expect
- Completed training as a joiner EFZ or joinery practitioner EBA
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a furniture, bench, or interior fitting joiner
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or interior fitting
- Confident handling of conventional machines
- CNC knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory for every assignment
- Good spatial awareness
- Ability to read plans and technical drawings
- Precise, reliable, and independent working style
- Enjoyment of high-quality and accurate work in the workshop
- Team spirit and good manners
- Good German language skills
- Driving licence category B and own car are advantageous depending on the work location
