• Proactive identification, assessment, and minimization of commercial and contractual risks
• Ongoing contract analysis within the scope of project execution, deriving obligations to act, claim potentials, and risks along all milestones
• Commenting on and interpreting complex contract and consortium documents
• Supporting project management in claim and change processes
• Sparring partner for engineering, quality, purchasing, and legal
• Representing the commercial interests of the project in customer meetings

• Completed technical studies with legal further education or legal studies with proven experience in a technical project environment
• Several years of experience in project management and/or contract or claim management is an advantage
• Confident handling of complex customer contracts
• Experience in leading projects or in consortium project structures
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
• Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and high attention to detail
