Your tasks are
- Technical and organizational management of the Special Chemistry department (including FAMH and scientific staff)
- Ensuring an efficient laboratory routine and supporting team leaders in planning and coordination
- Strategic further development of the analytical portfolio (focus on LC, LC-MS)
- Development, validation, and introduction of new methods and measurement procedures
- Selection and introduction of new laboratory equipment in close collaboration with management
- Technical interface to senders, doctors, and group-wide exchange with specialists from the Sonic-Suisse network
- Maintenance and expansion of accreditation in this area
- Responsibility for onboarding new employees and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Participation in scientific committees (e.g., Clinical Chemistry, JF) and professional exchange at the group level
- Interdisciplinary project work, also with partner laboratories
