About the job
Your tasks:
- Preparation and publication of job advertisements for the HLKS group companies on the respective platforms as well as management of the Jobcloud.ch account
- Creation of personnel administrative documents (employment contracts, changes in workload, exit documents, work certificates, etc.)
- Support of the HLKS personnel area managers in daily business
- Reporting of accidents/illnesses to the relevant insurances
- Completion of monthly tasks (service anniversaries, probation reports, organizational charts, HC/FTE lists, residence permits)
- Control body for time recording including issuance of ID cards for Burkhalter Services employees
- Participation in various HR processes and year-end tasks
- Deputy for the HLKS personnel area manager
What you bring with you
- Commercial or business administration basic training as well as further training as a personnel clerk
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel administration
- Knowledge and experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and a high affinity for digital tools
- A structured, careful and service-oriented way of working
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
