About the job
Your Tasks
- Overhaul, service and repairs on rail vehicles and specialised machines
- Analysis, diagnosis and rectification of mechanical faults
- Dismantling, refurbishment and assembly of vehicle components
- Participation in conversions, modernisations and technical optimisations
- Carrying out functional and safety inspections
- Mobile maintenance assignments at customers in Switzerland
- Documentation of completed work in the ERP system Abacus
- Compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
Our Expectations
- Completed training as a rail vehicle, commercial vehicle, construction, agricultural machinery mechanic or comparable technical professions
- Experience in maintenance or service technology, ideally in the field of rail vehicles
- Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- High sense of responsibility and safety awareness
- Team-oriented, positive and solution-focused personality
- Willingness for occasional service assignments within Switzerland
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
