Property Manager 80-100%

For a state-of-the-art and traditional company in the real estate sector, we are looking for an experienced property manager.

Your Tasks

• Rental activities
• Preparation of rental contracts
• Monitoring and preparation of rental contract amendments, rent adjustments, etc.
• Acceptance and handover of rental properties during tenant changes/initial rentals
• Management and supervision of caretakers and FM service providers
• Maintaining contact with tenants, owners and suppliers, etc.
• Preparation of reports and budgets

Our Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Federal specialist certificate in property management or equivalent further education
• Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge as a property manager
• Independent, service-oriented personality
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
