About us
RBS safely transports thousands of people daily through the Bern and Solothurn region. To ensure our digital systems work as reliably as our trains and buses, we are expanding our cybersecurity team. We are looking for a committed individual to sustainably strengthen the information security of our company with us.
Your tasks
In this central role, you lead the company-wide information security process and actively contribute to the cyber resilience of RBS.
Focus areas (approx. 65%) – Information Security / ISMS
- Further development and maintenance of the ISMS
- Review of security objectives and analysis of the threat landscape
- Conducting risk analyses & deriving measures
- Creation of policies, processes & security requirements
- Coordination of security incidents (organizational)
- Awareness & training of employees
Cyber Security & Architecture (approx. 20%)
- Collaboration on security architecture and coordination with ICT architecture
- Definition of security requirements for projects and systems
- Support with security questions in projects
Coordination & Security Operations (approx. 15%)
- Coordination of vulnerability management & technical measures
- Responsibility for selected security services such as security awareness, vulnerability management
- Support monitoring of security events (optional)
What you bring
Professional skills
- Several years of experience in information security / cybersecurity
- In-depth knowledge of ISMS, risk analyses, and relevant security standards
- Experience in security architecture or security engineering is an advantage
- Ideally certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or comparable qualifications
- Analytical & conceptual skills
- Strong analytical, communicative, and structured working style
- Very good conceptual skills
Education
- Completed training in computer science (EFZ/HF) or a bachelor’s degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
Language skills
- Very good German skills and English skills recommended
