You are part of our technician team, your responsibilities include:

Engineering, operation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure

Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online, AD/EntraID, VMWare

Experience in M365 and its security features is an advantage

Engineering, operation, and maintenance of our client infrastructure

Microsoft Windows client operating systems and applications

Microsoft Terminal Server

Support of our users (user support)

Support of the IT security specialist teams

Integrations and interfaces to the IT infrastructure

Support in troubleshooting

Project support

What you bring.

Based on a very good degree or ongoing studies in computer science (ideally FH or HF) and at least three years of professional experience, you feel ready for this exciting task. You have specific know-how in the Microsoft client-server area as well as knowledge or experience in client engineering. You are a team player, communicate well, are reliable, and service-oriented.

This position includes a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. You are a coordination talent who loves frequent context switching and easily keeps an overview of all parallel projects.

In your independent working style, you are used to flexibly adjusting priorities according to the course of the day and thinking solution-oriented. We are uncomplicated and appreciate quick decision-making paths – that’s why we are looking for a responsible personality.
