They are looking for an ambitious lawyer who wishes to further expand the firm’s long-standing market presence. On behalf of the current owner, we are seeking a successor. This person can expect a solid foundation for their professional future. We are looking for you as:

Your Task:

As the successor, you will shape the future direction of the law firm together with a qualified team of employees (10 staff). Over a period of two years, the current owner will gradually introduce you to entrepreneurship, with the aim of handing over the firm into good hands afterwards. You will already be managing long-standing clients and taking full responsibility for handling complex mandates. You will also be responsible for optimising internal processes and financial management. You understand how to reconcile the diverse interests of a broad client base and build a foundation of trust – also as the future owner of the firm.

Your Profile:

For this challenging position, you hold a university degree in law and possess a lawyer’s licence. In addition to a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset and approach, you have a special sensitivity for business details. We are looking for a personality aged between 35 and 45 who wishes to take the step into entrepreneurship. Our client is growing and investing in the future – we look forward to meeting you.
