- Implement all quality documentation
- Plan and conduct audits internally and at subcontractors
- Ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective quality actions
- Establish quality and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Quality diploma TQ3 (non-negotiable)
- Engineering or watchmaker finisher training in casing
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Mastery of the watchmaking sector
- Stable professional background
