HR Business Partner
Personnel Office | 60-80 % | Chur
The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as the HR competence centre for the entire Cantonal Administration of Graubünden. We contribute to making the canton of Graubünden an attractive and progressive employer. In our Personnel Consulting department, all departments, offices, courts and institutions are competently advised and supported on topics along the HR lifecycle. You can expect a committed, collegial and communicative team with us, where mutual support is highly valued.
You want to take responsibility, advise managers on an equal footing and actively help shape the future of the cantonal administration? You tackle challenges pragmatically and do not lose sight even in complex situations? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Business Partner from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
- Advising and supporting managers and personnel officers within your own area of responsibility within the cantonal administration
- Responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle - from recruitment through development to departure.
- Support of change processes and reorganisations
- Support of recruitments (including personality profile analyses, assessments)
- Advising and supporting managers in succession planning and talent development
- Conducting HR training for managers and employees
- Leading and participating in projects to optimise and digitalise HR processes or specialised applications
- Partner in the implementation of the HR strategy
- Federal HR specialist certificate or university degree with a focus on Human Resources or a similar field
- Several years of experience in a consulting HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner
- Independent, structured, reliable and discreet way of working
- Digital affinity and understanding of modern communication tools
- Confident appearance and the ability to support managers constructively
- Resilience and confident communication
- Empathetic, team-oriented and authentic personality with a positive attitude
