- You support the Customer Operations management team in administrative and organisational matters
- You take on and are responsible for administrative tasks (e.g. internal and external appointment scheduling, calendar management, travel planning, etc.)
- You organise offsites, workshops, events and other formats
- You are willing to work predominantly on-site and split your workload over several days to be available for questions and concerns

- Commercial training
- Integrity and outgoing personality who enjoys acting on their own initiative and responsibility, is open to new things and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Very proactive, creative, innovative and service-oriented with lots of motivation and drive
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, forward-thinking and flexible mindset as well as high team orientation
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset that remains calm even in hectic situations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident German language skills, as well as English skills in spoken and written form (French skills are an advantage)
