About the job
- You manage the Microsoft system landscape and further develop the deployed cloud and workplace solutions
- You administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune and ensure a transparent allocation of user rights
- You set up workstations, mobile devices and server systems and ensure their maintenance and monitoring
- In case of technical faults, you analyse the causes, coordinate the handling and implement sustainable solutions
- You accompany migrations and rollouts and contribute your knowledge to infrastructure projects
- Together with the specialist departments and external partners, you support business applications and their interfaces
- You implement security measures, support audits and keep the technical documentation as well as device and licence data up to date
- You plan maintenance work, prioritise upcoming changes and develop improvement proposals as a basis for decision-making for the IT management
- Several years of experience in the administration and support of IT systems
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
- Experience with Windows clients, servers, mobile devices and peripherals
- Familiar with IT security, permission structures as well as the management of assets, licences and configurations
- Practical experience in implementing technical projects and introducing new systems
- Independent and structured working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of user contact and ability to involve internal specialists and external providers in a targeted manner
- Very good German skills; additional certifications in Microsoft, cloud, network or security environments are welcome
- Support for professional training and further education
- Depending on age, 25 to 33 days of holiday

Tasks
- Completed IT training, ideally supplemented by further education at HF, FH level or a Swiss federal certificate- Several years of experience in the administration and support of IT systems
