About the job
Facility & Operations Coordinator (a) between 60 and 80 %- Contribute to the implementation of the real estate strategy and monitor supplier services (quality, deadlines, costs)
- Participate in the planning, monitoring and coordination of interventions and small projects
- Process and validate maintenance requests/tickets within the assigned scope
- Ensure close contact with users, understand their needs and support their satisfaction
- Assist with the organisation of internal moves, space adjustments and furniture requirements
- Conduct regular rounds in the buildings and follow up on identified actions and improvements
- Update key information (occupancy, observations, needs) and prepare reports
- Participate in small layout or improvement projects in collaboration with service providers and internal teams
- Holder of a higher education qualification in hospitality, real estate management or facility management
- Initial experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, management or a related field
- Strong motivation to learn and develop in an operational role
- Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and active listening
- Comfortable with organisation, task tracking and managing multiple topics simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek help
- Excellent command of French (minimum C1 level)
- Good oral and written communication skills in German or English (minimum B2 level) - an asset
