Your Tasks
In your role as a deputy, you will take over, together with the head of the personnel pool nursing, the management and organization of this area. You will promote and support the employees in their development, thus actively contributing to ensuring the quality of care and nursing competence. This includes one office day per week, and for the rest of your working hours, you will be active in nursing. During the absence of the head of the personnel pool nursing, you will take over personnel distribution as well as the representation of your superiors.
Your Profile
You are a qualified nursing professional with at least 2 years of professional experience in an acute hospital. You have management training or are willing to complete such training. In addition, you possess high social and self-competence as well as good organizational skills. Your structured thinking and actions distinguish you, as does your willingness to change. You seek the challenge of leading your team into the future and actively shaping it.
