Plant Operator with Experience in Production Monitoring
Tasks
- Monitor Balz plant and resolve faults in feed, lift table and through-cutting
- Monitor Esterer milling machine
- Monitor chipper and wood mill during production
- Pre-sort cut partial boards and sort out heavily damaged ones
- Ensure that there are always sufficient wood packages loaded onto the conveyor
Requirements
- Training as a plant operator
- Experience in production monitoring and troubleshooting of woodworking machines
- Knowledge of maintenance and refilling of central lubrication according to maintenance plan
- Responsibility for timely ordering of consumables
- Attention when checking the chipper fill level and monitoring via cameras
