What to expect

• You work on our software UKA Connect and are responsible for certain components there. You independently plan and develop the backlog for your components according to the roadmap.
• You have active exchanges with many stakeholders: developers, testers, internal specialists, customer support – you act as a hub.
• We develop implementation ideas together and support each other in a four-eyes principle.
• You drive major optimisations and innovations over several months – from input through analysis and specification to implementation.
• To understand your areas very well, you delve into the sometimes complex issues, continuously testing the optimisations and innovations.
• You support our support team, analyse errors and ensure their correction.
• Creating customer documentation and conducting internal training complete your varied range of tasks.
• A gradual and structured induction into your area of responsibility and plenty of scope for design – we expect willingness to learn and drive in return.

What you bring

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst for software solutions.
• Experience in an environment with many interfaces/dependencies.
• Analytical and interconnected thinking.
• You are fluent in German.

• Urgent support requests, testing tasks in the current sprint and specifications as preparation for the next sprint – no problem for you. Many different challenges excite you and are no problem thanks to your structured way of working.

• You interact effortlessly with various stakeholders, are customer-oriented and communicate appropriately for the audience.
