Senior Specialist Occupational Pensions 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You support customers by phone, in writing and, if necessary, on site

• You professionally manage your own portfolio including key clients

• You maintain contact with customers, authorities and insurers

• You accompany contract terminations and monitor deadlines

• You arrange placements with the new insurer and check contract documents as well as insured persons' records

• You check policies and premium invoices and enter them into the customer database

• You conduct employee information sessions

What do I need to be successful?

• You have further training as a specialist in occupational benefits with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification (registration with FINMA is required)

• You bring many years of professional experience in a comparable role

• You have very good and solid expertise in the occupational pensions sector

• You enjoy professional challenges

• You are a team player and service-oriented

• You have a quick grasp and work very independently and precisely

• You possess fluent communication skills and good negotiation skills

• You speak fluent German, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
