About the job
We are looking for a
Chef 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You prepare delicious dishes with passion and a high level of quality awareness, including mise-en-place
- When planning and developing new, trendy dishes, you actively contribute your creative ideas to continually delight our guests
- You participate in product presentation and offer planning, take co-responsibility for ordering, and carry out stocktaking, goods receipt checks, and delivery note verification
- You also support each other with general tidying and cleaning tasks – teamwork is a matter of course with us
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, weekend and evening shifts every 2 months
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Chef EFZ
- You have already worked in upscale gastronomy and understand how to successfully balance canteen operations, standing lunches, and exclusive VIP banquets
- Your passion for culinary arts, combined with a high standard of quality, makes you an important part of our team
- You are a team-oriented person with strong social skills, actively seeking solutions, taking responsibility, and keeping an overview even in hectic moments
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as good French skills
- An impeccable reputation is required
