Your Tasks

• You assess complementary medical treatments based on therapeutic and medical reports and examine their disease relevance, cost-effectiveness, efficacy, and appropriateness.
• You decide on the obligation to provide benefits and cost approvals within the framework of complementary supplementary insurance and formulate well-founded and comprehensible justifications for our service centres.
• You evaluate the therapy approaches used in the interplay of conventional and complementary medicine based on the available medical/therapeutic information.

Your Profile

• You have completed medical or paramedical training as well as sound knowledge in conventional and complementary medicine. Thanks to your practical experience, you move confidently in both areas.
• You analyse complex matters quickly and in a differentiated manner, make well-founded decisions, and represent your assessments convincingly and appropriately for the audience, both orally and in writing.
• Ideally, you have further training in the commercial field or in health or social insurance.
• You are an initiative-taking, independent, and resilient personality with a pronounced willingness to make decisions. You face changes openly and enjoy working in a committed team.
• If you now have excellent German skills as well as good spoken French and/or Italian skills, then it is high time for you to apply.
