MES Specialist 100% (a)
For our MES team in the Digital Manufacturing department, we are seeking an MES Specialist to support the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in new and existing production processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Recording, analysing, and implementing production and support processes in the GMP environment within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Creation, design, and review of Master Batch Records (MBR) as well as cleaning instructions (ESP)
- Analysis of project requirements and support in change and requirements management
- Close collaboration with production, materials management, quality assurance, and other departments to develop sustainable solutions
- Organisation and moderation of project meetings and workshops
- Ensuring system communication and interface integration between MES and other electronic systems
- Incident, problem, and change management including 2nd-level support and occasional on-call support
- Management of user rights as well as training and support of MES end users
Your Profile
- Education in IT, automation, chemistry, biology, or pharmacy with a strong affinity for IT systems
- Experience in designing Master Batch Records (MBR), ideally with PAS-X
- Professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the GMP environment
- Understanding of process automation, process engineering, IT networks, databases, and/or programming languages is advantageous
- Structured, solution-oriented, and team-oriented working style
- Very good German and good English skills
