Team Leader Metrology 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take on the technical and personnel leadership of a team of 3 metrologists.
You are responsible for the capacity planning and organisation in the measurement room of production.
You coordinate internal complaints as well as complaints from sister companies.
You are responsible for the inspection planning and the optimisation of metrology.
You participate in supplier evaluation and development and conduct supplier and internal audits.
You work on projects and overarching topics.
You prepare specialised reports and analyses.
Qualifications:
You have a technical basic education with further training as a process specialist or similar.
You have several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment and sound knowledge in handling 3D measuring machines.
Leadership experience as a team leader is desirable.
You possess strong communication skills.
Your working style is independent and you think analytically and networked.
You are a motivated and service-oriented personality.
You have good MS Office skills and experience with SAP.
You have good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
