Spitex Bodensee is a medium-sized, lively company located in Goldach. We care for the residents of six municipalities in the region in two shifts.

Team Leader 70 - 90%

Your tasks

• Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of a care team.
• Ensuring high-quality and economical care.
• Deployment planning, case coordination and support of employees.
• Promotion of team culture, further development and communication.
• Collaboration with care management, care expert and external partners.

Your profile

• Diploma in Nursing HF/FH or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Spitex, ideally with leadership experience.
• Enjoyment of responsibility, organization and teamwork.
• High professional competence and empathy in dealing with clients and employees.
