About the job
You have successfully completed your MLaw and have a flair for commercial, private and banking law? Then from 1 February 2027 we have an exciting internship position at Bundesplatz in Bern in a varied and diverse field of work! In addition, there is the possibility to attend lectures for the bar exam. The remuneration is CHF 5,200 to CHF 5,500.00 (x12) per month depending on training level and experience.
What you will enthusiastically do
- You will actively work in the BEKB Legal Services team with the opportunity to get to know the diverse tasks and activities in this exciting area
- You will conduct legal clarifications, draft legal documents (such as debt enforcement orders, applications for annulment, criminal complaints) and correspondence in legal disputes
- You will revise contracts or prepare them
- You will independently answer legal questions and enquiries from authorities (such as disclosure orders and social enquiries) as well as legal questions from BEKB employees
- You will participate in internal projects and support the department in administrative matters
What you bring with you
- You have a successful MLaw degree, preferably you have attended lectures in the areas of debt enforcement law, inheritance and property law
- Ideally, you have already completed a court and/or legal internship
- You are a service-oriented personality who enjoys working in a team as well as precisely, independently and reliably
- You have a confident command of the German language; good French skills are an advantage
- You are interested in legal topics in the banking environment
