Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this responsible leadership position, you take on the professional and personnel management of the workshop team and ensure an efficient and high-quality workshop operation. You plan, coordinate and monitor the daily workflows and are responsible for compliance with all quality, safety and manufacturer specifications. You support your team with technical questions and demanding diagnoses and promote the professional as well as personal development of your employees. Through close cooperation with the customer service, sales and parts warehouse departments, you ensure smooth processes and make an important contribution to achieving the company’s goals in the aftersales sector.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed Swiss training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or comparable technical basic training

• Further training as a diagnostician, technical merchant or an equivalent qualification

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high customer and service orientation

• Resilient, solution-oriented and communicative personality

• Resident in the Lake Zurich region or with a close connection to the region
