The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary nursing and care concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. Your Challenge
- Support of the team leadership in organizational and specialist areas, as well as in the management and further development of the nursing team
- Participation in nursing management events
- Co-design and support of new projects and changes at GAZK
- Active participation in change processes and team development
- Person-centered, holistic and professionally competent nursing and care of our residents
- Responsibility for the nursing process of the reference persons including involvement of relatives
- Assessment of care needs according to RAI-NH and electronic nursing documentation using easyDOK
- Assumption of daily responsibility in the residential area
Our Desired Profile
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent (with foreign diplomas recognized by SRK)
- Professional experience in the field of gerontological nursing is an advantage
- Team- and solution-oriented working style with organizational skills and appropriate foresight
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, positive and motivating team and leadership person
- Willingness to complete leadership training
