Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the mobile problem solver who ensures that our customers' production facilities run smoothly.

• You take over the complete fluid management for contract customers: from monitoring to maintenance to the proper replacement of cooling and lubrication systems

• As a troubleshooter, you analyse problems on site, develop solutions and implement them independently. You always keep logistics, documentation and disposal under control

• You contribute your technical expertise: in the implementation of filling concepts, special system solutions and as a competent contact for the sales team

• In addition to customer support, you assist at trade fairs and ensure that innovative solutions are successfully implemented in practice

With your mix of technical understanding, service orientation and organisational talent, you become an indispensable partner for our customers and enjoy the variety between independent work and genuine team spirit.

What do I need to be successful?

What you bring:

You have completed a basic technical or craft training (mechanics, metalworking or related field). Experience in technical field service is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also welcome.

Your profile:

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity. You feel comfortable in industrial environments

• Strong communication skills in German and French for confident customer interaction

• Digital affinity and confident use of Office applications

• Organisational talent and independent working style

• Service orientation and pragmatic solution thinking

The role requires a high willingness to travel, as you spend most of your time working at customers' sites. You appreciate this variety and the daily challenges.
