For the project "Specialist Unit Occupational Health and Safety", initially limited until the end of March 2028, we are looking for a Consultant Specialist Unit Occupational Health and Safety starting October 2026 or by agreement.
Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting companies regarding occupational health management
- Conducting risk assessments in the area of occupational psychosocial risks and initiating appropriate improvement measures as needed
- Very independent and self-organised work with challenging advisory situations
- Responsibility for website management and social media presence
- Active collaboration with internal and external offices
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training, with higher education or further training, e.g. in HR, occupational health and safety, occupational health management, ASGS specialists, studies in work or health psychology / public health
- Several years of professional experience in advisory situations in occupational health and safety
- Sound knowledge of legal regulations, standards and measures for the prevention of work-related health risks (occupational health and safety)
- Strong organisational skills to plan and carry out own workflows, including time management, prioritisation and travel coordination for on-site appointments
- Fluent oral and written expression in German, foreign language skills are an advantage
- Confident and assertive manner, high social competence, resilience and assertiveness
- Proficient in IT applications such as MS Office, databases, etc.
