Tasks
- You independently handle customer enquiries via system, telephone and e-mail
- You document all processes and ensure a complete data history
- You communicate with internal departments to clarify customer concerns
- You monitor and track the status of tickets
- You monitor or optimise existing processes
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and ideally have experience in customer service or a similar position
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably have experience with CRM or ERP systems. Experience using Confluence and Jira is an advantage
- You work customer-oriented, always seek solutions and are characterised by careful, precise work as well as a high level of reliability
- You are a team player, willing to collaborate across departments, set priorities, work efficiently and are resilient as well as able to handle conflict
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form, good oral French skills, knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage
