We offer all services of institutional asset management for financial service providers, companies, foundations, and pension institutions. Our expertise in sustainability and pensions is internationally recognised. For the Business Development team in Asset Management, we are looking for a highly motivated and versatile individual with a strong interest in asset management. The team supports the Head of Asset Management in strategic issues and projects and acts as a central point of contact for various areas inside and outside of Asset Management. Your tasks
- Active support of the Head of Business Development and the Head of Asset Management in strategic issues and daily business
- Participation in central strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects (e.g. growth, efficiency enhancement, new business models, use of AI in asset management)
- Support in budget planning and close collaboration with financial controlling
- Independent conception, preparation, and further development of management and committee documents as well as presentations at senior management level
- Conducting market, competition, and profitability analyses to support strategic decisions and business cases
- Planning, coordination, and content preparation of internal stages, workshops, and management meetings in asset management
- Central point of contact for specialist departments within asset management as well as coordination of relevant topics with bank-wide stakeholders
Your profile
- Master’s degree (university/FH) in business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable field of study
- 2–5 years of professional experience in asset management, strategy consulting, or a comparable role in the financial sector
- Strong affinity for asset management and willingness to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of the value chain, products, and regulatory environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for numbers
- Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and project experience in the conception or implementation of AI solutions in the financial sector is an advantage
- Ability to prepare complex matters in a structured, audience-appropriate, and visually appealing manner (management documents, presentations, evaluations)
- High professionalism in appearance and collaboration with various stakeholders, including senior management
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style as well as a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Very good communication and expression skills in German and English; additional languages (especially French) are an advantage
