What is my role?

In this demanding, challenging role, you are responsible, together with a well-coordinated team, for the direct care and nursing of the residents. You share responsibility for implementing the care processes in long-term care, respite care, and palliative care, and actively help shape them.

What do I need to be successful?

In addition to your nursing qualification, you bring a few years of experience in long-term care. Caring for and nursing elderly people is your vocation. You are resilient, flexible, and appreciate constructive collaboration.
